Still going strong

Posted by laurie on August 25, 2010

The stuffless squeaky toy is holding up quite well. The boys play with it a lot and so far no one has tried to dissect it. The squeakers still work and it sailed right through the washing machine and dryer.

This is the fox, I think I’m going to invest in one of the other species next time I’m at Petsmart.

We have three of the animals. We have the skunk, fox and raccoon. They all have held up well. They are the favorite toys in the toy box. They are very washer friendly. As soon as washed those have to be played with to get the beagle smell back on the animal.

Spunky loves these. She has a fox (aka Foxy Lady)which is currently her “go-to” toy. Other than some ear chewing, she hasn’t done much damage to it.

Phew … thank goodness someone else said that first. I was starting to think I was the only bad beagle parent here, we never wash toys. The mallard toy in our house is called “Yucky Ducky” for a reason!

Nope, we don’t wash our Beagle or Lab’s toys either! However, when they get really gross, then they “disappear”… and a new one shows up.
