Blogger’s Block

Posted by laurie on October 22, 2010

I always feel guilty when I use a photo that’s not recent (this one is from May). And I also feel guilty if I don’t have a caption photo for Friday. There, got that off my chest! Onto bigger and better worries…

That’s OK, Laurie – it’s still a cute pic! (By the way, did you see the photo I emailed you a few days ago showing Cody and Henry falling over each other to get out the door? Maybe it was caught in your spam filter. It’s a good one!)

This is the most unenthusiastic tug of war I’ve ever seen. Sherm looks positively bored!

It almost looks like a posed picture…I knew they were photogenic, but didn’t know they could pose on command!

oh, and Laurie-any beagle picture is a great picture! I don’t care when they were taken!

No worries, Laurie! We Love seeing the boys no matter what they are doing. Thanks for the great site. I go here every morning as I enjoy my coffee. Keep up the great work. 🙂

“Oscar the Grouch never stood a chance when he entered the Kramer home during Tug Time..”

    Great pic!

We sometimes need a break from the contest, too! And, yeah, we love all beagle photos.

    I agree!

Cute picture. But what are they playing tug of war with? Is it a dog toy or a slipper?

Guilt is a very over-rated state of mind.
We just try to do the best we can under the circumstances and let it go at that.

You do such a great job with your three ‘guys’.I think all of us enjoy the photos so much we don’t really care if they were taken yesterday or whenever.

    Be safe.

Laurie – I agree with the other posters. Any Beagle picture is a good Beagle picture. I just enjoy having something to look at during my morning break that makes me smile.

Hey Laurie, it’s all good! We love the photos, whether they’re fresh or “vintage”. As others said, it’s not a weekday without my coffee and the Daily Digital!

I agree with everyone else …. love the photos, love the commentary. I’ve just learned the hard way to be sure I don’t have any coffee in my mouth when I actually read everyone’s comments. :->

Ditto ditto ditto to all comments above…

Pictures are snapshots in time; doesn’t matter about “the when” just “the who”

I actually prefer the stories to the caption contest. And I agree that this is a very unenthusiastic tug-of-war!

So-since no one else has a caption, maybe I can win!

    Here goes nothing:

“I’m sick of this game too, Sherm, on the count of three, you let go and and I’ll let go and we’ll call it a draw. Heck, she got the picture….(sinister chuckle)……

Can you stand another Shiloh story?

She found an old tennis ball in the yard and wanted to play for the first time in over a year!! I almost cried!

I agree with the other comments. I just love looking at your beagles and the stories that you tell. Thank you for all your hard work, it makes a lot of people smile!
