Camp report #4

Posted by laurie on October 1, 2012

Poor Stanley is afraid of my crutches. I did breakfast for the beagles by myself yesterday, and Stanley hid in the other room while I doled out the kibble. He wouldn’t go to his bowl until I put the crutches down. Poor guy!

I have a new found respect for sports photographers. It’s so difficult to get a good action shot! There were two other shots that I missed involving these three beagles which would make a sailor blush.

Great pictures for a Monday morning! Interesting about the crutches… None of mine had problems (though ours are all “bigger” dogs than beagles… Even the Basset wasnt fazed by them …
Have you heard from Audrey???? I posted yesterday after reading about a tornado (and heavy rains) that hit Barcelona…

Awesome pictures! Stan is obviously having a really great time with friends over. Such a gregarious boy!

Excellent action shot! Knowing beagles it’s amazing they’re not just a blur. And my dogs would be afraid of crutches for sure. Heck, Mr. P doesn’t like high heels and Lily is quite suspicious of boots.

Laurie, I think your action shots are great!! I’ve been hesitant to send a picture of Spunky because the only ones I have seem to be of her sleeping on the couch……pale by comparison to the other cute shots everyone else has and not even in the same ballpark as your action photos. Love, love, love all the pictures from beagle camp!

I laughed because the majority of our hound photos involve them “resting”. My attempts at action photography are pretty poor.

That was my problem with sending pictures as well. Since mine don’t sleep together getting everyone in one shot is almost impossible.

The high heel and boots comment made me laugh out loud as well. Loved it!

Laurie, it’s a great shot–reminds me of the Three Stooges. Which one of the Beagles is like Moe?

Penny never cared for my talking blood glucose monitor. I wonder what she’ll make of the insulin pump beeping during the night?
