Do the math

Posted by laurie on November 6, 2012

As of yesterday, there were about 3,500 customers (i.e. homes) without power in our town, and they expect to get 500-600 online per day. Okay….

But Phillip has other math on his mind, namely 270 Electoral College votes. Keep your fingers crossed!

Glad to see that your family is staying safe and warm. Hope your area gets full power back soon.

I was going to post on yesterday’s pix, but didn’t get the chance. I LOVE the second one of the boys together on the comforter, and REALLY LOVE the last pic of Pillow Man! (Stanley or Shermie . . . I still have a problem telling them apart!)

    Beagle, check.
    Flashlight, check.
    Fire, check.
    Doritos, check.
    Laptop, check.
    Cellphone, check.
    Where’s the Diet Mt Dew?

Sending warm thoughts and prayers still for all…

Thanks for the update, Audrey … It’s amazing how the “bitter” stuff doesn’t work … Poor Miss Holly… You can always threaten her with the dreaded CONE….

Stay safe all, and don’t forget to vote!

Ha! I was thinking almost the same thing. Laptop, check. Beagle, check. Cell phone, check. Looks pretty much exactly like my workday so far!

And yeah, 270 is the number today.

  3. Doesn’t Phillip get to stand in the front of the line for electric/ ower – since he has to help run the town – as deputy mayor ? I am hoping they take that in to consideration.
I love working from home and so do Buddy and Holly. They love following me around all day. I hope they don’t get too use to it when I have to go back to work.

Spent 2 1/2 hours in line waiting to vote ……there for awhile I thought I might have gotten in a New Jersey gasoline line by mistake…….

Seriously, glad to see you are still hanging in there, and hope you get your power back very soon! Even luxury camping gets old after too many days. 🙂
