An oldie but goodie

Posted by laurie on May 24, 2013

I was flipping through old photos and found this 1998 gem of Spenser and a puppy I guess we were fostering. What a patient Mr. Man! I’m enjoying a 4-day weekend and will be back next Tuesday.

If we only knew what Spenser was thinking? I am even thinking he may had done some eye rolling too!! Cute puppy!

Spenser has a total look of resignation. Love seeing pictures from days gone by. Have a wonderful weekend everyone 🙂

I’d love to know where the little pup is now! Dear Spenser , how lovelt to see the pics from the past.
Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend all our U S beagle buddies – we’ve also got Spring Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK 🙂

Beagles have such expressive faces! Ours tell you quite clearly what they want by the way they look at you – sometimes they make us howl with laughing because it’s so obvious what they’re thinking!

Happy Memorial Day in the US and Spring Bank Holiday to all in the UK!

And to you & yours Julie!
Julie, do you use facebook? if so, have you come across – it’s a closed group, so you ask to join. But it’s great, & amongst other things, people organise beagle walks in their area 🙂 We’re going on one in July, I can’t wait to get together with other local beagles & their owners!

No Linda, I’m not a fan of social networking! We have a little community of beagles where I live in Derbyshire (about six or seven at the moment) and we often meet one or two of them on our walks. We have a nine month old pup at the moment, called Jem, who’s so adorable. Hard to remember JB as a puppy! We didn’t know Cassie as a pup, she was three when we rescued her three years ago. Hope you have a good walk in July and the weather is kind!
