The painting is more than halfway done, and Stanley has only managed to get a little bit of trim paint on his ear. I’ve changed colors several times and bought 6 different sample pints. Anyone need a little paint?

I’m amazed that you haven’t a pair of multi-coloured beagles – how restrained they are being!
Why does the paint always look so different on the wall to the tin?? One of life’s mysteries. . .

Even if I painted the ceiling with 1 paint brush and held the can of paint, the animals got paint on them. Too funny.

Do they all dip their tails in white paint? Sure looks that way

I once painted the closet in my husband’s office. I closed the office door, kept all the paint stuff in there, only took 30 – 45 minutes. I came out of the office to find both beagles waiting in the hallway outside – with paint drops on their heads.

I have NO IDEA how that happened.

I dunno, I think cats are worse trouble around wet paint than dogs, but in the overall scheme of things, it probably averages out about the same.

  6. I painted the trim and cupboard around our new kitchen window a few weeks ago and I got paint all over me, my hair, the floor, my new “paint” shorts etc. Dogs weren’t even the slightest interested. I think if paint smelled like hamburgers then it would be a different story.

When ever we painted our boy Casey always wanted to help us paint with his tail. The last time he had brown paint from our porch on his tail for months.
